Fabulous emergency restoration service!! They responded immediately when our pipes burst and flooded part of our basement. They handled drying carpets, pads and walls, then put everything back together and finished by cleaning my carpets better than they have been cleaned before. I learned about Creative Carpet Care through my co-worker. She said they did a phenomenal job on her home so we called them to clean the carpets at our office. Was not disappointed!
A couple weeks later I had to move out of my apartment. My dog was very sick before I had to put her down so the carpet, which was brand new when we moved in, was not in the best of shape. I was convinced I’d owe the property about 1200.00 when I moved out. I decided to give Creative Carpet Care a shot. I spoke with Angie, who is absolutely lovely, and we set a time for an estimate. She came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. The day I was supposed to have the carpets cleaned the apartment complex was redoing the roofs so it was difficult to manuver around the work. The fellow that came out was very cooperative. He went out of his way to help me out and get the job done.
During the final inspection the property manager remarked on how amazing the place looked! I ended up getting a REFUND on my deposit!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication! I highly recommend this company! 2 thumbs up!

Best carpet cleaning company in Colorado Springs! Have used them many times and always very impressed with the finished product! Even in an emergency of spilling paint they came out very quickly and managed to clean up a half quart of paint out of my carpet!
